Being a Newbie has it’s Advantages

If you are anything like I was when I first entered the Internet Marketing arena,
you probably go through occasional bouts of  “the poor me’s.”  Poor me, I don’t know
where to start.  Poor me, I don’t have a web site. I don’t have a product to sell.
I don’t know how to blog.   OK, that is where we all start.  Ground zero -  Day one.

Now, here is the good news.  All of those things you don’t have
can actually work for you.  Think about it this way.

You are starting with a clean slate.  You have no bad habits to unlearn.
Marketers who have been doing this for a while and are already generating
an online income are usually hesitant to change things.

The old adage, “If it works, don’t fix it” applies here too and is often just an
excuse to keep from fixing things that are barely working.

Right now, you have low start-up and overhead costs.
I know some marketers who have as many as eighty people on their payroll,
with offices in two, or three places around the country.
Does that sound like time freedom to you?
Well, I personally would rather not run my business that way!

Once you get a web site, you will only have one to manage.  Some marketers have
literally hundreds of web sites. Can you imagine how difficult it would be
to go back and, for example, add audio/video to all those sites?

You don’t have to rework your entire business model to incorporate new technology.
You can build your business around it. Yes, there is a lot to learn, but that is
part of the fun. You can design your business to be exactly what
you want it to be and run exactly the way you want it to run.

How you decide to do it is your choice. Learn everything you can about the marketer
who is doing what you want to do and do exactly the same things.
Of course you can leave out all the mistakes he made on the way to success!

Please leave me a comment on this article. I would love to know what you think?

Till the next time -
